4d Life Coach Certification Training
Four Dimensional Living is excited and thrilled to announce Level 3, Application of InnerKinetics, to continue the certification process to become a 4D Life Coach. The live and dynamic training will take place the last weekend in January 2021 (see below for details) at Elevating Life Church in Fort Morgan Colorado. The training will be taught by the founder of InnerKinetics, Best Selling Author of “I’m A Keeper”, and world renowned temperament expert Dr. Ray W. Lincoln. The course will provide immensely helpful knowledge on how to be an effective advisor in all life roles. You’ll learn how to be a leader who directs people and businesses through their unique strengths. The course will give an outlook of how family and team dynamics work well together. As well, it will teach how to guide, coach, and advise from a “purpose” perspective that will resolve any problem in life.

Intro to InnerKinetics
The foundations of InnerKinetics® understanding are presented in this course
This course will consist of 16 hours of training with Ray W. Lincoln. You will learn how to use the InnerKinetics® Temperament Keys and how to explain temperament and its values successfully. This course will help you in your own personal and professional endeavors, whether as a coach, counselor, or volunteer mentor. The understanding provided will advance your ability to help and guide people in a way few can. The ability to apply the understanding of temperament psychology will prepare you to help others discover and understand who they are according to how they are made on the inside.

16 Types and Innerkinetics
This 16-hour intensive course, taught by Ray W. Lincoln, will look in depth at the 4 variations of each of the 4 temperaments through 4 letters of of the 16 types that influence each other.
This intense and powerful 16-hour course will further prepare you to be an effective person and professional (counselor, consultant, mentor, leader, etc.) through the lenses of each of the sixteen types (the four variations of each of the 4 temperaments) by focusing on the four letters of the temperament profile to see how they affect each other. This is “must-have” information for every counselor, therapist, and consultant. It gives fine-tuning you need to answer the harder questions that come when communicating with others to properly identify temperaments.
